| What was your first job?
I started babysitting at 11, got a job at Burger King when I was 14
How and when did you get into the adult industry?
Around 2007, Naughty America was giving a fan appreciation party in Chicago. I was with PsychobabbleTV at the time. We went to the club and had a blast interviewing the porn stars. When we were done, I approached Laura, she was the executive producer at the time. I was in my early 30's and expected her to tell me I was too old. Much to my surprise, NA flew me out and got me started. I had no idea the whole MILF thing was big. I have Naughty America to think for my career, I will be forever grateful to them.
How did you come up with your stage name?
I wanted something no other porn star had so I kept brain storming until one came up. I thought I was totally original until I learned of a nursery called "Becca's Blossoms".
How do your friends and family feel about your decision to be an adult model?
I have been very fortunate that I haven’t lost any friends or family. They have been very supportive. It helps that I was older, already had life experience, and education, past career, etc. My friends and family already know that I have a good head on my shoulders and the confidence to do what I do. I had already proven to be a pretty good person with her life together. When asked, I completely own what I've done. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed of it. If someone doesn't like it, that's their issue, not mine. I wasn't put on this earth to please others with my decisions, I was put on this earth to be who I authentically am and porn gives me an outlet for some of that.
What does it take to make it in a tough industry like the adult business? What important lessons have you learned so far?
For me, it takes diversity and creativity. I do a lot of things in the industry, I perform in films, spend time with fans, web cam, sell merchandise, have a website, and I'm a advocate for sex workers and sexual assault victims. The industry has brought me back to my passion and my major in college which is psychology, human behavior and helping others. I'm the director of SWOP-WI and I'm stating school this coming school year to become more qualified to provide services to sex workers who need or want them. The number one lesson I learned and will advise anyone is to NEVER, NEVER, NEVER compromise yourself for anything or anyone.
Is there anybody special in your life? Or are you looking for somebody at the moment? If so, what do you look for?
I'm currently dating, I've been happily single for 2 years. I'm not looking although I've met some great people. For me, I like a guy that has good old fashioned Midwestern values. I need to respect the guy first and foremost. I look for guys who have their lives together, have a career, he doesn't have to be rich, but can hold his own, has goals, treats his family right, takes care of himself, treats me like a lady, is supportive of me, keeps a clean house, doesn't smoke, knows how to let loose and have fun, is spiritually healthy, doesn't have drug or alcohol problems and knows how to be a man. That's a good start.
If you had not joined the adult industry, what do you think you would be doing now?
That's a good question. Probably somewhere in social services.
Do you get recognized in real life? Any funny stories?
I do on occasion. I always take the time to say hello to my fans, it's the least I can do. I also have to give my fans credit, there has been times I was out with family, friends or my kids and I could tell a fan know who I was but they didn't approach me. To me, that is class and respect. I always think it's funny when people are looking at me, not sure if they should approach me, whispering with their friends because they’re not quite sure I'm me or their shy.
Do you prefer video or photo shoots?
Video for sure.
What are your favorite and least favorite parts of your body?
My favorite is my boobs...their all natural and as long as they don't drop down to my knees, I'm going to keep them that way. I always hated my stomach, it's never firm enough for my taste.
Who is your favorite adult star (past or present)?
It's hard to pick just one, there are so many great people in this industry.
What is your favorite sex toy?
Hitachi, of course!!
Do you exercise on a regular basis? What kind?
Yes, I've always been athletic. I just finished the Insanity program, it kicked my butt. I love to run weight train and get in a good stretching session.
Where did you go on your last vacation (not work related)?
To Mississippi to visit the family.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have and Australian Silky Terrier named Angel, she's such a brat but she's so cute so she gets away with murder. I have a Burmese cat, I found him at my brother's house where there were 2 Tom cats. Zionky was declawed and couldn't fend for himself and was nothing but skin and bones. I took him and cleaned him up. that was 11 years ago. Now he's fat, lazy and happy.
What is the last book you read?
Tommyland and Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind.
Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show? Song?
Oh yes...Motley Crue, Mozart, Big Bang Theory and Super Soul Sunday.
What is your dream car?
I have my dream car, it's an older Spyder but I love it. It's mine :) I keep doing different things to it to make it cute. I don't really dream about having any particular car, I just enjoy the one I have.
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage?
In the summer I like strawberry daquri's, in the winter I like Baily's and hot chocolate. When I'm out dancing and seeing bands (one of my favorite weekend activities), I like Barcardi and Coke nor Amaretto Stone Sour.
What are your favorite brands of jeans? Shoes?
I've never been one that cared about brands, if I think something is cute and fits me nice, I'll buy it. I wouldn’t know a designer bag if one were right in front of my face. I do own name brands but not for the brands, because I liked the way the item looked or fit.
Do you have a hobby that would surprise most people?
I have a few hobbies. I've been a drummer since age 14. I quit for a while when my kids were younger to be a full time mom. The past few years I've picked it up. I'm actually going to look at a drum set I'm considering buying tomorrow. I also love to garden and I can my own veggies along with some yummy recipes I make as well as dehydrate all my own herbs. Of course, being the Midwest girl I am, I grew up around and absolutely love Harley Davidson.
What is something about you that not too many people know?
I always take my shoes off in the car, I hate wearing shoes. I can't stand the smell of mint. I'm on a Harley almost every weekend the weather allows. I'm very spiritual but not religious. I meditate every day.
Do you have any special talents?
I have musical talents. I can cook pretty well. I can write. In college, I would throw papers together in 3 or 4 hours that were supposed to take weeks and get 100%.
What's your ordinary day like? A day in the life of Becca Blossoms...
Well...I'm usually up around 5:30 am against my will, I haven't use an alarm clock in years. I always start my day with a workout then meditation. From there, it varies. There's always the typical mom stuff, work stuff, family stuff, friend stuff. I do typical things like walk the dog, go shopping, driving kids around, visiting loved ones, cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, cleaning the care, etc. I always end my day with mediation and stretching and reading.
