In my life there are lots of ups and downs, but no matter what I try and have a positive outlook on even the things that hurt me. life is a lesson , a lesson that no matter how down or poor or rich or smart you are , YOU and the people you surround yourself with and love is the backbone of the happiness in your life. There is always something positive to find whether it be a lesson or just the fact u can love and breath and hug a loved one . Looking at the beauty and focusing on the things u do have instead of the things you dont leads to happiness of a whole other nature. So when you wake up in the morning and you feel bummed out , make the choice to feel good you’re alive. You are all worth it.

This is very good. I agree that happiness is a choice and focusing on gratitude is the key to happiness. There is a ton of psychological research to support this. Just look at any of the TED Talks. Nicely done Lacey
