Although it seems that there is an endless supply of adult models and porn stars entering the business every year, there are just some models
that we feel are irreplaceable. These women just have that certain thing which makes the camera love them and millions of fans adore them. Long after they have left
the adult industry, their popularity never really seems to fade. Their reasons for leaving the industry are extremely varied, from starting families to finding
religion. Below is our list of those models that we will truly miss. |
| | Janine Lindemulder | Janine Lindemulder started her career in 1987, being named then December 1987 Penthouse Pet of the Month. She was
later Pet of the Year runner up in 1990. In 1992 Janine had her first role in an adult film, starring in Andrew Blake's Hidden Obsessions. Her career in porn sky
rocketed after her debut. Janine was soon signed with Vivid and joined the exclusive club of Vivid Girls.
Janine left the adult industry in 1999 to focus on a career in teaching and to also be a better mother. She later
returned to doing adult films in 2004, signing again with Vivid. She soon moved on to working for Digital Playground. Janine's last film was in 2007 with fellow adult
super star Jenna Jameson. Janine has won every major award in the industry, and we wish she would make a third return to porn. |

| | Crissy Moran | Crissy Moran first submitted pictures of herself in a bikini to men's magazines in 1999. She was working as a waitress
at the time and was looking for something more lucrative. Soon Playboy and Hustler came knocking. At first Crissy would only do softcore and lesbian shoots, after a
few years Crissy went on to do boy girl hardcore scenes. She also went on to start and run her own extremely successful website.
In 2006 Crissy decided suddenly that she was going to leave the adult industry. The reason for the sudden change of
heart was that Crissy became a born again Christian. Crissy also started a mission to get all traces of her career in adult removed from the internet. We wish that
Crissy had never done hardcore scenes, and just stuck with shooting erotic photos... which we feel if she had, would still be in the industry. |

| | Cassia Riley | Cassia Riley was the Penthouse Pet of the Month for April 2005 and the runner up for Penthouse Pet of the Year in
2006. Between 2005 and 2008, Cassia shot for just about every major men's magazine and adult website. Her career as an adult model was exploding extremely fast and
the sky looked to be the limited.
Suddenly in 2008, Cassia decided she had enough of being a nude model. Cassia had made a few mainstream appearances on
such shows as Howard Stern and had dated such high profile men as musician Everlast and New York Yankee Derek Jeter. We feel very disappointed that Cassia left the
business right in the middle of her promising career and still hold on to the hope that she'll make a return. |

| | Ashlynn Brooke | Ashlynn Brooke is one of our favorite porn stars here at Barelist. She has an extremely innocent look with an even

| | Hanna Hilton | Hanna Hilton is the embodiment of the all natural all American beauty, even being a cheerleader in high school while
working at a Dairy Queen in Indiana. After high school, Hanna took some pictures in lingerie and swimsuits for a photographer friend of hers. A talent agent soon

We had heard prior to her retirement that Hanna was never really into the whole adult business. One of the main
reasons was her son from a previous marriage. She was also pressured into moving from softcore shoots to hardcore scenes, when Jack Venice refused to stop shooting
hardcore scenes on Hanna's wishes. In late 2009, Hanna made it official that she was done with the adult industry. We still wish that Hanna would return to doing
solo softcore shoots sometime in the near future :)
