Babysitter
How and when did you get into the adult industry?
I got in around October 2013. I was found by an agent through Facebook about a year prior and had no interest. I had a friend who danced and it opened my mind to the industry, so I did some research and called the agent and they welcomed me right in!
How did you come up with your stage name?
I wanted a name that sounded normal, and something that would fit my personal character. I'm a sweet, shy girl and I wanted my name to fit who I am without using my real name. It took me a day to figure it all out, but Payton just stuck :)
How do your friends and family feel about your decision to be an adult model?
Sadly I feel I lost a lot if close friends because they just don't understand the industry and won't give me the time to talk to them about it. I have also lost a few family members who want nothing to do with me, because they think in ruining my life and don't want their business to be associated with a porn star. But I can say I have some very good friends, even ex boyfriends, that are by side 100% and just want me to be happy and safe. Some of my family are completely okay with it too :)
What does it take to make it in a tough industry like the adult business?
You have to be tough! You have to stick up for yourself and don't let anyone take advantage of you, I learned my lesson within my first month. You also need to find your strengths and weaknesses for sex. Use your strengths and work on your weaknesses. You should also make good relationships with everyone you work with, don't be a diva, there are 100 girls like me in this industry and 1000 who want to be me. So if I'm a diva, I can be replaced easily and they don't care, but you should care!
What important lessons have you learned so far?
The by far biggest thing... do not do this just for the money, it shows! Yes money is a huge perk, trust me I was in a tough spot before this, but doing it just for money will go against your morals and you'll end up hating it. I've seen a close friend go through this and it's something I needed to revaluate for myself!
Is there anybody special in your life? Or are you looking for somebody at the moment? If so, what do you look for?
I do have someone very special to me in my life. He has been there for me through so much and he will always have a piece of my heart. I would say we currently are not together because we are living states away. As they say if it's meant to be, we will be together again. What I look for in a guy: Someone who takes care of their body (health and fitness), someone educated, can hold a conversation with me, always keeps me on my toes , love for the outdoors and animals, has to be taller than me lol, and someone I can fall more in love with everyday ;)
If you had not joined the adult industry, what do you think you would be doing now?
I have no idea, being in the industry has helped me pay back some debts to college so I can go and get my masters degree! If not I’d be working 3 jobs to get all this paid for!
Do you get recognized in real life?
Back in Michigan I have been all the time, at a few airports I have been called Payton, but in Florida not yet. But I'm not your typical porn star... I have zero tats and piercings and normally minimal makeup and hair is done at shoots so I don't stick out in public!
Any funny stories?
Yes, me and my best friends Megan Matthews were just trying out vine! She was in the shower at a model house and I was sneaking up on her! I step in the toilet, slipped and I fell on to the shower rod and into the shower with her! It was so funny!
Do you prefer video or photo shoots?
I like photo shoots!! I love posing and I feel I need a lot of work on my posing, so it's fun to find the best poses that work for me!
Where is the most exotic location you have shot at?
On a public beach with levi cash! We got naughty on the beach and then we went up to a hotel and got naughtier ;)
What are your favorite and least favorite parts of your body?
I love my body the way it is! I've been told to lose weight, because I’m not super skinny like most girls! But I lift and have a lot of muscle! I also eat very healthy, but I eat when I'm hungry. I don't starve myself! Needless to say I have REAL curves and I love them all! But if I had to choose anything I hated, I would hate my broken nose the most!
What is your favorite sex toy?
I like the real thing, toys don't do much for me!
Do you exercise on a regular basis? What kind?
I do! 5 times a week, I'll do a bit of Cardio and lift every day! Now that I live on the beach I do go for a few beach runs during the week!
Where did you go on your last vacation (not work related)?
Torch Lake Michigan with two good friends last summer!
Do you have any pets?
Not currently, my 14 year old golden, died about 6 months ago :/
What is the last book you read?
I read the butterfly garden, I love biographies, and am writing my own ;)
Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show? Song?
I love the ID channel or Natgeo or Disney channel ?! I don't have a favorite show out of those! My current favorite song is Pompeii by Bastille!
What is your dream car?
Hmmmm...
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage?
Gin and tonic or a shot if tequila
What are your favorite brands of jeans? Shoes?
I'm content with target :) but I love workout clothes and I love new workout shoes :)
Do you have a hobby that would surprise most people?
I love to paint!
What is something about you that not too many people know?
Not too many people know the difficult life I've had, and most wouldn't expect it!
Do you have any special talents?
Painting and cooking!
What's your ordinary day like? A day in the life of Payton Simmons...
I wake up early, make breakfast, go to the beach for a walk or run to clear my head, head to the gym for a few hours, make some lunch, and then head home to either get ready for work or hang out with my mom or friends, make dinner, relax and maybe watch a movie!
