I did many shit jobs before. I was a waitress, bartender, housekeeping, receptionist. I worked in sales and in visual merchandising.
How and when did you get into the adult industry?
I was searching for a life path that would suits me. All the crap jobs I had had gave me no satisfaction at all and simply I was bored and fed up with all of that. I was watching a lot of porn before but suddenly it hit me that YES this might be IT. Thats the thing I wanna do. Ive been always an artistic soul Ive been engaging myself in many creative projects and porn gives me also that opportunity to express myself in some way.
How did you come up with your stage name?
I gave it to myself. Misha is a Russian male name. Im kinda tomboy, lol, but seriously I am a kind of personality that is more man-like than feminine. Im strong and in control of everything in life. On the other hand I am a girl, I can be also gentle and soft and Misha sounds very petite and subtle so in fact it can be easily used as a girl's name. I wanted my name not to be so obvious – its a mix of two powers :men's strength and women's fragility.
Cross is just because I like the way it sounds together, no depth about it. I wanted my stage name to be short and easily remembered and its exactly the way I planned.
What does it take to make it in a tough industry like the adult business? What important lessons have you learned so far?
ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOURSELF! Seriously, Ive learnt that you are your own best advisor and the best friend. Im not long in this business but the other thing Ive learnt is that big personalities are at a price. Youve got to know what you want and then do it as perfect as you can. Plus you have to always take care of yourself and your body, thats the most important thing in this biz.
If you had not joined the adult industry, what do you think you would be doing now?
Probably still working in one of my prev jobs and bored to death.
Do you prefer video or photo shoots?
I like both. Pics take more time and for me its more tiring but in the end I love to see myself looking hot on the pics. Video is what I like the most, cause I can go crazy with the scene. I get excited while fucked in front of the camera so it makes all even easier I guess.
What are your favorite and least favorite parts of your body?
I like my feet and my hands. I think my ass is also cute. The body part I don't really like are maybe my arms haha cause they look so skinny.

Recently Ive read a book written by a polish correspondent in usa. The name is „Walkowanie Ameryki” and it's about American culture, social life, history, law, human rights etc etc. It clearly describes the difference between american lifestyle and european for example. I also read Nabokov „Mary”.
Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show? Song?
Recently I'm totally into Bates Motel, I love the idea of making a series based on a Hitchcock suspense movie. I also like the Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Game of Thrones, Battlestar Galactica and the Big Bang Theory. Don't ask me about my fav band or song because I have too much!
What is your dream car?
Shelby super snake mustang! Its badass, I love old fashioned american cars.
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage?
Black and white russian, I love those, also wine and dark beer are my drinks of choice.
What are your favorite brands of jeans? Shoes?
Im actually a jeans fanatic, they have to fit snugly and be comfortable. I have my favorite brands like american eagle outfitters or levis. Im not really a high heel girl, my favourite brands are vans, converse, new balance, adidas. I also love vivienne westwood candy shoes „melisa”.
Do you have a hobby that would surprise most people?
Im a photographer, writer, animal defender, I studied sociology and Im pretty much interested in the social dimension of our lifes. I love good horror movies, music, travelling, ink art. Surprising?
What is something about you that not too many people know?
So now all of them will know. No way! Seriously I think I can admit that Im a a puristic person if it comes to cleaning and arranging my apartment, I can get back home at midnight and clean the bathroom cause I just can't stand that it may be dirty, lol.
What's your ordinary day like? A day in the life of Misha Cross...
Well, there is no rule about that. If I work the day is pretty busy, I have to wake up early, do all the preparations before the shooting, take my big bag of clothes and go to the set. If I'm free I do lots of stuff, most of the time im replying the emails from my fans but I also read and learn languages.
