I’m on a special diet for body building. I need to focus on my macros. An orange is not sufficient for ME. I need protein. Not an orange.

Oranges have barely a gram of protein. Your body needs protein to thrive. Gives your body a false energy boost from the high carbs which burn off fast thus not beneficial for “just” breakfast or to get you through until your next scheduled me.... that’s more of a snack.

Depends. If I’m gone for two days I’ll take 2 servings of whey protein, 2 servings of BCAA, nuts, pre measured & packages all natural beef jerky(1g fat),quest bars,my vitamins,tuna,etc. in case I can’t find anything healthy or nutritious I at least have that stuff to fall back on
